This practical & supportive course is designed for individuals with additional support needs who want to build essential life skills to help increase their independence. With a strong focus on health & wellbeing, the program covers a wide range of topics to help participants navigate everyday life with more confidence and capability.

Participants will explore areas such as:

  • Goal setting and planning

  • Exercise and nutrition

  • Basic cooking skills

  • Technology skills and cybersafety

  • Money handling and budgeting

  • Problem-solving and decision-making

  • Speaking up and building confidence

The course features a range of guest speakers to provide real-world insights and inspiration.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen daily living skills or take the next step toward greater independence, this course offers a supportive, & engaging environment to learn and grow.

  • Time: Wednesdays from 9.30am - 3.00pm.

  • Cost: Concession Fee: $224.20 or Full Fee: $318.80
